I am not so good in poetical English. Nevertheless, I understand your comparison. You wanted to say that due to AI we are deprived of the most enjoyable and exciting parts of writing and it is not faultless, fast, and easy made article, but it is creativeness and process of constructing sentences, selecting wording and arranging it to match our thoughts.

In all things it is the humanity, the individuality, and to be honest, putting the effort in, that makes life exciting, not easier and convenient.
